Living Lands' mission impact flows out of the good work of our land partners, and the promise of carrying such work across generations.

The stewardship practices of Living Lands' partners build healthy soil, support wildlife and landscape diversity, filter and protect water above and below ground, produce nutrient-rich food, revive the art of farming, and reconnect people with living Earth and its wonders and mysteries. Direct marketing of fresh foods, value-added products, events and celebrations that draw people to and from the land. All of these contribute to the vitality of the land-based economy fostering ecological, social, and economic resilience within the community and region.
